Barrys-Tea.com is family owned and run. We are based in a small village in Ireland called Cloughmills. Views from our shop include Slemish, the Glens of Antrim and the Sperrin Mountains. Our store is situated between two popular market towns, Ballymena to the south and Ballymoney to the north. We always keep a stock of our tea so that we can ship it to you as quick as possible. Shipping

We use UPS (website, tracking) to ship direct from Ireland to you. We send a consignment once every week on a Thursday. It is flown to Philadelphia International Airport for Monday and then enters the UPS network on Tuesday / Wednesday. You can then expect delivery of your order within 2 weeks. (The closer you live to Philadelphia the faster your order will arrive.) UPS does not deliver during the weekends and will not deliver to P O Boxes.

Shipping Costs

There is a flat rate Handling Charge of $5 on all orders. Shipping is then calculated depending on what you purchase. Details are below:

Payment

We use an independent third party called 2CheckOut (website) to process our credit card orders. This ensures the highest levels of security as they use industry standard encryption. We can accept online checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners, JCB and debit cards with the Visa, Mastercard logo.
